Only four guns?

If you could have only four guns what would they be? My choices would be: Ruger 10/22, Remington 870 12ga., Glock 17, and Remington 7400, or Browning BAR, in 30-06. I haven't decided for sure on the last yet.

That is the list of what is legal, and of what I have. In an unlimited category, there'd be a HK MP5-SD in 10mm on there and a Barrett .50 BMG instead of the Remington and the Glock...

I picked these for accuracy, reliability, ammo availability and parts availability ... Some of my others I have did not rate as high in the "most essentially basic" areas of concern ... (ie) My Steyr SSG is a little more accurate than my Remington, but replacement parts and mags are much more difficult to come by ... Remy wins ...

I think I read recently that almost ANY current (or even older) deer rifle will get the job done. If you're a little tight on cash, you should put it into optics and not the gun. Probably good advice ... but I still buy cheap scopes! Will I ever learn?
Maybe some more effort into practice would be a good idea, too!
