I was.

My central air had a fit. It's in the 90's here and very humid.

Joe came to my rescue.

This morning about 8am, it was starting to get hot in the house. I checked all the fuses, wiring, etc.

My airconditioner was putting out 80+ degrees at the vents.

I called Joe, he gave me a couple of checks to do.

After the checks, he told me to pick him up and he would bring some tools.

Its a 1 hour ride to Joe's.

I picked up Joe, we checked out the system and all was fine.

Seems that by leaving the system off for a couple of hours that the thermal overload on the compresseor let go.

Seems that the problem was caused by a low voltage problem around my area.

The compressor overloaded, then the overload protection kicked in.

Note for everyone'

It takes a couple of hours to let the compressor to cool off.

We got it running, Joe checked the amps at different places, and he told me that it was good to go, for now. It's 13 years old.

Thanks Joe! [:D]
