NEW YEARS TRADITIONS

as i was growing up, it was always a necessity to place a penny on the window sill on NEW YEARS EVE ( for wealth throughout the year) and a can of kippered herring and a loaf of bread on the table(for something to eat). but now i cant remember what type of bread it was. any one else do this, or have different traditions?

Seek shelter indoors at the strike of midnight...
Miami is like Iraq...lots of revelers lunatics shooting in the air.[:(]

Seems that every year, there is at least one death, mostly in da hood.

Getting indoors and away from windows, is my tradition.
    And watching Dick Clark.

I have always made it a point to get a piece of * to ring in the new year. It was a little more challenging back when I was single however I have had the same women for the last 5 years so it is not that difficult. So the answer to your question is yes I have a tradition and that tradition is getting a piece of *. Why not bring in the new year doing something that you like and are good at.
