    Here are some questions it would be fun to ask a New York liberal like Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan at her hearing:

    Why was the recent Vote on the II Amendment rights 5-4 and not 9-0?

    FrancF......all I can say is thank God for Justice Kennedy! Never thought I would say it, but gun rights would be in the crapper without him singing with the other four smart Supremes. This one will join the other two butt ugly women Libs on the court. I listened to her testimony yesterday when she just lied about not allowing Army recruiters on the Harvard campus. But, hell, what else is new?
