Thank you for the astute comment. This is exactly what I've been telling my newswriting students for almost 30 years -- if they limit themselves to certain news sources based on their political leanings, they'll never be able to form an accurate picture of what's really happening. (And even with a variety of sources, "truth" can be challenging to locate.)
