U.S. SENATE MUST ACT TO STOP PREDATORY GUN INDUSTRY LAWSUITS YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION IS URGENTLY NEEDED
The floor debate has begun in the U.S. Senate on S. 1805 (S. 659/S. 1806), and a vote could come at any time! S.1805 will prohibit gun ban advocates from filing reckless lawsuits designed to bankrupt America's firearms industry. The U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a similar bill last year to block these baseless lawsuits against firearms and ammunition manufacturers.
It is imperative that you contact both of your U.S. Senators and urge them to support a clean version of S. 1805 -- WITHOUT ANY ANTI-GUN AMENDMENTS (no extension/renewal of the semi-auto ban, no gun show language).
Also, be sure to contact your family, friends, and fellow Second Amendment supporters and have them call, e-mail, or fax both of their U.S. Senators and urge them to pass S. 1805 with NO ANTI-GUN AMENDMENTS!
Your immediate action is needed if we are to succeed in passing a clean bill through the Senate. PLEASE ACT NOW!
