That's just AMAZING - who goofed!??

They will get an appeal - BUT - if the conviction holds they will 'possibly' get hundreds of 'jail years' ... sure.

I was thinking, earlier today, you know if YOU use a phoney Social Security number you'll be ARRESTED & IMPRISONED!

If you are an ILLEGAL and get caught ... you not only get a pass BUT you ALSO get to collect the SS $ & benefits, too!

... these are truely amazing times we live under![:D]

A couple of rich guys go to a rich-guy jail for a couple years..big deal. It cost the government a fortune to prosecute these two guys and none of the shareholders or employees gets anything out of this. Where's the justice? There are probably more thieves working on Wall Street than you could round up in Central Park.

If someone commited suicide because they lost their fortune or pension it seems like these guys could be held criminally liable
I seee where an 8 year old has been charged with negligent homicide because he released the e-brake on a school bus and it rolled down a hill and killed a little kid

Too bad some of the people who got screwed out of their money can't have a * whoopin' session with them. I feel bad for those people. Could you imagine working all those years and banking into your 401K only to be screwed out of it?![:(!][V][:(]

One more example of why a person needs to learn about investments and do as much of it as possible for themselves. Never let anyone else control any money you can keep away from them. There is nothing wrong with getting advice, but I really don't like to relinquish control if I don't have to turn it over to someone else.

Yep, white collar crime. I was thinking this morning before the verdict was read; they will get 10 consecutive life sentences and be eligible for parole in six months. [;)]
