I just canned the last of my habenaro peppers. The frost finally got the plants. I put up over forty jars this year. Now I will have plenty of hot pepper sauce for my beans the rest of the year.

    Did ya get the good Red Savinas? [:p] I love Habenaros! I have been experimenting with a Habenaro/Rasberry BBQ sauce for ribs lately. Glad to see that I am not the only hot pepper freak around here. [:D]

    We don't put them up ourselves much any more, but Sandy buys a gallon jar of pickled jalapeno peppers every three weeks. We like our peppers![:D]
