Am I drinking alone tonight?

The wife and kid are gone and I decided to open up a bottle of my favorite bourbon, Russell's Reserve.

Anyone else?

Would you mind posting a picture of your liquor cabinet for the folks around here who have never witnessed it's beauty?

That is actually an old photo. I now have a much larger collection of rums, as well as quite a few rye whiskies that are not in that photo.

If you are drinking rye, get ahold of a bottle of Templeton. It is good stuff and was supposed to have been a favorite of Al Capone.

She showed up in many of my vacation photos so I had thought that everyone knew her by now, although Black Roses didn't like her, for reasons never explained.

Going to go out on a limb here and say it's for the same reason women usually dislike a woman they've never met....

Ah yes, I recall that lovely young lady. The labtech with the charmig accent, who spoke some fair Polish in addition to Bulgarian and Russian.

Lets see: Lots of nice guns, plenty of great booze and a fine looking young girlfriend. It must be awful, and I wouldn't want to try living your life for more than ten or twenty years [;)]

She is an angry combative person, so I wouldn't put any stock in any of her likes/dislikes.

Unlike yours truly, she has to work, and days off are not easy to come by in her lab. She has accompanied me to SHOT before, but she is not a huge fan of Las Vegas and spending a full day wondering around the SHOT Show is not one of her favorite pastimes. This is one reason why I only show up for one day.

I seem to have a reverse problem. I quit drinking 5 months ago. No reason except thought that it was enough, period. Now I have 65 gallons of wine in carboys on the floor in the utility room. Don't even feel like bottling it. Wife doesn't drink. My friends want me to have a party for the neighborhood That would be one drunken party!!! However, I don't want the responsibility for causing a fight or an auto accident.

    no shiner bock?
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
