Thomas Jefferson, of Virginia:
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms. . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."

Derringers are plentiful in .38 Special. Same size bullet, and lots more choices in ammo.

Why not get one in .38 Special?

I carry a 9mm for my ccw and thought a 9mm derringer would be a good choice as a last resort. If i need to i could use the ammo out of the mags if my primary failed. [:D]quote:Originally posted by Rebel_James
