We Won! Mostly

SCOTUS has affirmed, by a narrow 5-4 vote, that the DC Gun Ban is unconstitutional. Specifically, they rules that all Americans have a right to keep a handgun in their home. Scalia (God bless him) really shone, and noted that a handgun is the preferred defensive weapon because a homoowner can point it at a burgler while dialing the police with the other.

Gun restistration was not cast down by this ruling, however, and most federal restrictions on handguns will remain intact.

Now, let the dialogue begin! Starting with: what the hell is wrong with the four dissenting judges?

this change my mind on who I'm going to vote for I was going to do a write in. With the vote being that close I can't take the chance of Obama getting in and appointing just 1 suprme court justice.

    This is not a victory.

    This is a temporary pass.

4 MEMBERS OF THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, who are sworn to uphold and protect the constitution voted in favor of government managed tyranny.

Amazing, this is being called a WIN. 4 people who should care about nothing except the sanctity of the country voted to sell you down the river, and now, here we are, Joe American gun owner who is happier than a pig in s-h-*-t because of it.
