is the GB forums slow?

I got my IT department to open up the forums for me,
(so buy some tools from me[:D]) but the pages load really slow, sometimes stopping, (work is T1) now it is starting to do the same thing at home,(comcast) I wonder if their server is acting up?
or is it my AH IT department filtering, and just comcast acting up?
Anybody else slowing down?

I have to hit "reload" about 5 or 6 times on some posts before they will come up. Been that way for 2 years.

I have DSL and GB has always been slow. I even have to hit reload sometimes.

I'm on cable and at times it's slow but usually its pretty good.

I have no problems at all with it except when someone has a large picture file to open,,,loads faster than the new Yahoo home page,with all their new advertisments it loads slow as hexx for me
