Bank safety deposit box=bad idea-buy a safe

What's the point? You can only get in during bank hours, if someone dies you have get some king of legal document to get in IF you have a key and if you don't you have to get a locksmith to drill it. Also the police can get it by merely convincing a judge of some "alledged" malfeasance. Better to save your money and get a safe or bury whatever in the hills.

Yeah, thats right, You can only use them when the bank is open, That"s why I keep stuff like that in my gun safe.

Also the IRS can lock it up anytime they think there is a need for them to do so.

We have a safe deposit box and it does us just fine.

safe deposit boxes are good for certian things. wills, passports, collectors coins ets. i wouldnt keep large amounts of cash in there, for the aforementioned reasons.
