I just got off the phone. A very nice lady from a home warrenty company called. Thay are looking for some one to do warrenty work in my area. I told her my rates. She told me I would have to charge more[:0][:D][:D].
She said I would need to get General Liabilty Ins if I was to do a lot of work for them. I am going to check on it tomorrow.
