    I have made my own for 20 years and have every batch documented and evaluated. If this stuff was bad for me I'de be on death row!

    Salsa! Si, me gusta Salsa mucho mas!

    Salsa is like a choice of beverage. Many different kinds, ya gotta try some till ya find one that suits your tastes. I tend toward the green salsas...generally hotter the better...

    JEB'S SALSA "ORIGINAL RECIPE"

    One can S & W Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (Sliced with mild chili & Mexican Seasonings)
    Small can 4oz green chiles, peeled and diced
    handful scallions, chopped
    white wine vinegar
    Cilantro - Coriandrum sativum
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    lime



    Jim's extra ~ tiny thin sliced green pepper, for color and crunch

    The very freshiest Cilantro possible is the key in my opinion. Been making my own for years and as long as it's HOT[^] it's all good

    I think salsa is addictive, but it's good for you so no problem there.
