Dealer FFL ?

If I wanted to sell only a few guns per month, is it worth getting a dealer FFL? I'd sell out of the house, and I have a dedicated secure and alarmed room already.

    Maybe I was not clear. I know the Federal and State statutes regarding firearms. My question is, is it more of a pain than it is worth to make a little $ and get guns at cheaper price vs. estabilshing a "business", taxes, etc.

    Check all your local zoning laws, then your house has to be set up just so so, If your going to make a business of it, the FFL would be needed, I dont know what state your in, so your state laws would be relevent also.

    Check the ATF site, all the infor you need for federal law is there, then check your state, county , and city laws. Hard call to make..
    I see your in Connecticut, dont know their laws but will very soon[:D]
