My brother came in for our grandfathers funeral and brought in a 35mm camera for my 16 year old daughter to learn photography with. It is a Canon EOSELAN with all the extras. What is it worth for insurance purposes and how decent of a camera is it. Knowing my brother and the way he SPOILS my kids, it probably is an excellent outfit for her to learn with. Can anyone tell me about it and give me some pointers to pass on to her. Thanks for any info and no I will not let her break the lens by taking a picture of my ugly mug![:D]
