Let's make him laugh and tear his stitches. First time I busted my ribs and was laid up on the couch, my brothers would sneak up and blow pepper in my face to make me sneeze.

    7 weeks today on broken ribs. I am going dove hunting today..Your brother would have knots on his head and need more medical attention than I.

    I have slept the last two nights on my left side where the 4 ribs were broken. Still a little tender. I figure in a couple more weeks at the most I will be fine.

    Broken ribs hurt badly, but it is far better than a collapsed lung IMO.

    I had broken ribs. Hurts worse and lasts longer than this hernia cut...
