Old Stevens shot gun help

My friend inherited some old shotguns and was looking for some help with identification. The first one is a Stevens 12 GA. It says Stevens Arms Company on one side and Chicopee Falls, Mass. USA on the other side. Pat Augest 12 1913 is stamped on the top of the barrel. Any ideas on its age and possible value??

I am a somewhat collector of stevens shotguns. I like the one you have posted about zr700 and i would be more than glad to give you $50.00 for it!
