I was amazed how quick it happened, no time out to delay the attempt no big drauma or even a long count to try for the first down on an offside penalty. He just walked up and shanked it...reminded me of my golf game...

I believe that the kicker and his holder actually expected a time out to be called in order to "ice him" and that they were both very surprised when the whistle for a time out never came and the ball was snapped.
