Do you ever think about scenarios using your CCW?

Have you ever thought about possible criminal situations (carjacking, armed robbery, assault) developing, in your presence, where the use of your CCW would be justified and the aftermath?

One of my greatest "fears" would be----to be mistaken for the "bad" guy (the smoking gun) during or after a shooting occurred.

    Yes it is a risk. Playing these scenarios out in your mind is part of being prepared. It is good to be prepared in your mind BUT can be taken too far. Preparedness is NOT preoccupation. [;)]

    No, but I don't carry either... I do however tend to look around and figure out where cover areas and potential weapons of opportunity are...

    My CCW class encouraged us to.. They even told us phone # to call if we need help with certain situations..

    Just be aware that in most states the use of deadly force is not justified for protection of property. To do so will likely cost you your CCW at the very least.
