Presidential clemencies? After juries and a judge go thru the legal process of prosecuting the guilty, why in the hell should ANYONE be given the authority to pardon or shorten sentences? I think Obama pardoned 78 and shortened sentences of 153. Most in a single day for any president ever. Just don't get it.
