Just below the Winchester is a chalk board on the wall that has a small desk with a flip up lid. Inside is my wife?s 38 Taurus, and my USA Bond derringer in 45 Colt.
Both of them stay loaded, so my wife has her chose of several guns she could clean up with that would be way better then some silly 9mm...[;)]

I have a loaded Ruger?s 10-22 by the backdoor to the Kitchen for varmints. I also have a 45/70 Sharps hanging over the den divider between the kitchen & the den, and nearby a 1873 Winchester hanging over the entrance to the living room into the den.
