Hoarding of .22 ammo MUST STOP. The only way to shop hoarding and shortages is to MANDATE nationwide installation of FINGER PRINT SCANNERS. The advantages are MIND BOGGLING !!! Background checks would be the first, because of all the HUGE advantages.

Let's all get behind this and see how fast it can be DICTATED by the President.

Think this can't happen ? Think again.

This is FOOD ,,, not as important as .22 ammo.

    Not going to happen here.

Venezeula is a lovely country. Sean Penn goes there frequently to give random hugs.

so there is a limit of lets say 5 , is that per person per family , does not really matter
OK now you have the potential of family and paid unknown amount of strangers buying the max for you , just like 22 ammo .
then you have ( if your lucky ) the friend of a friend or store manager who can help his friends .
yes that works out fine [:D][:D]
We have countless laws on the books and you want to add one about how much you can buy ??

I'm so old that I can remember food rationing stamps and car windshield stickers to tell what days you could buy gasoline back during WW11.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

Venezuelans must be pretty civilized. I'm glad to see that they haven't gone Ferguson-style; i.e., loot the stores, then burn them to the ground.

I think they handle riots in a different manner than we do.

Riots / Protests were common in 2014. Maybe there isn't time left over to riot or protest after spending all day looking for "hoarded" items.

Noticed how many changes come about overnight when the "good of the people" is the excuse ? Like one Trillion Dollars to spur the economy. "Safety" is better than a Ma Duce for getting what you want and BS is cheaper than bullets.
