They changes the law before it was proposed to ban green tip 223 ammo. And government wonders why they are hated.

    If this is true
what a surprise they change the law then ask what people think. as if it matters . in a real world of the fee the POS and group who passed this would be out of his/her job on the * so fast there head would spin, but being how our beloved government hates any thing firearm related and can chip away at it will mean a big raze and * kissing to go around

Since the article had photographic evidence of the before and after I would say it is spot on. Obama hates guns, his henchmen hate guns and they will do what ever they can to stop you from shooting.

The harder it is to bring young people up involved in the shooting sports the faster Marxists will disarm our nation. First GCA 1968 then Regan banning MG's, now the lack of 22LR for YEARS and years, next 223 bullets with paint.

    Tick, tick, tick.

And the Republicans do nothing as usual.
I wonder what it would take to get them to grow a pair? It's doubtful that anything would.

The only agenda the GOP has had for a long time is being re-elected.

The law requires federal agencies to solicit comments on changes to regulations; they forgot to do that. So, now they are doing it. It doesn't matter, they don't have to pay attention to the comments.

Don't blame "federal workers"; this is done by order of the Big Liar to his Secretary of the Treasury. The only thing that can be done is impeachment, & he deserves that. But, the Republicans in Congress don't have the ovaries to do it.

I need to check my friends inventory and see how rich he may be in a couple of years or so.

Lets understand that the LAW was a bill passed by Congress in 1986. There were numerous changes and proposed amendments but the final bill did not include a performance-based standard, or limit the definition of armor piercing ammunition to ammunition "designed" for use in a handgun. Instead, the definition has two alternatives: the first focuses on the composition of the ammunition, and whether it "may be used" in a handgun; the second focuses on size, jacket weight, and the design and intention for the ammunition.

The bill banning AP ammo became law when it was signed by President Reagan.
