Had 144 "trick-or-treaters" tonight....

Living in the "Bible Belt" of MI, the city fathers decided it wouldn't be appropriate to have goblins running around on Sunday, so Halloween trick-or-treating was moved to Sat night. Had several teenage moms holding their less than year old children (mom's seemed too old and kids seemed to young). Probably had a dozen adults who said their kids were too tired and were sitting back in the car (then take them home!). About two-thirds said thank you. I was in costume. Most of the kids were cute. All in all, had a good time.

Friend took pics with digital camera. Will try to download later. I dressed as a Friar. Bought a costume off the rack complete with robe, rope belt, hood and wig for $17. Could have got it for 1/2 that if I could have crammed my fat * into the skinny monk costume instead of the "big and tall".
