Anyone know of any web sites that have free topographical maps you can look at?

Sure thanks i have a small one i got with my GPS but it isnt very detailed

Each state has them for sale - I forget which department. Cheap, up to date and reliable.[8D]

what about aerial photographs?

Uh ... that I'm not sure about. Check with the biggest state Universities - Geology Departments - or State Geologist Department (if there is such a thing).[8D]

Mapquest used to have aerial photos. If not there then the USGS which may be where my son found the topos.
