Got 'em covered, especially a messy desk....

Interesingly, I read an article the other day, while surfing the news on my lunch, about a former employee (not from my agency) who was fired for surfing the web. it went to court, and his employer lost.
It seems the court determined that the Internet is now a tool of gathering information, much like a newspaper, or some other periodical, or referece book, and therefore, subject to the same restrictions or accetance as the employer deems.

Now that's some handy information to know!
