My Dad, I've created a monster...

As you know, my father just turned 80. He still lives alone at my childhood home, he takes care of himself pretty well, and does light housekeeping, pays his bills, still has driving privileges in town so he can go to the store or the gym ( which I suspect he goes to more to cruise chicks than to work out), but my brother or I usually stop by a couple times a week for heavier housekeeping and laundry, as my dad's arthritis makes it hard to walk up and down stairs carrying a laundry basket.
Anyhow, I stopped over today to fold and put away a load he had in the drier. I am folding what is the mere suggestion of what once was an undershirt, so threadbare it is practically see-thru. I ask him if I can retire it to the rag bin, he has dozens in his drawer, cheesecloth would provide more coverage.
He says, without skipping a beat, "I am saving that for when I decide to enter a wet t-shirt contest."
Oh boy....[:0][:D]

If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!

And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I want to be just like your Dad, when I grow up.[:D]
