Where is the best language interpreter ?

On occassion a web page is located in a different language. Russian and German language web pages being predominant because of the firearm information. I've run a few other languages with good results if the spelling is correct.

I use it for cut and paste plus entire web pages.
If anyone else knows of a better page please post.
