Death penalty sought for ND sex offender

Some of you may remember hearing in national news about the guy who kidnapped a UND student from the mall parking lot as she left work last November. The body was found in May and the United States Attorney for North Dakota has said that the death penalty will be sought.

I should note that ND doesn't have a death penalty (last time we tried to get one was after a guy was lynched because we didn't have a legal way to fry him in the 30's), and this is in federal court because she was either killed in ND and the corpse taken across state lines to MN or she was kidnapped in ND and taken across state lines into MN to be murdered.

    He had prior sex offenses and had just been released when this happened, too. I'm happy he took her across state lines so they can fry his worthless @$$.

    Frying will be too good for his worthless hide, but it is the only thing that can be done. Myself, I would rather let his final hours be spent in abject terror and fear approaching what the young lady must have experienced. Your honor, of course I can give the defendant a fair and impartial trial, and then we will take the bum out and hang him. Call yore next case.

    The puke was released after serving his maximum time for other attempted sex offenses etc. He was no longer subject to probation or supervision. I believe that Minnesota (the vestibule of liberalism) did not have the laws in place to hold him in a mental hospital as "criminally insane" [at least that is what I have been told - not verified]

    This was an all American Girl. Good family, good girl, well liked who was taken at knife point from a mall parking lot at 4:00 pm in the afternoon as she walked to her car after getting off work.

    It has had an impact on our family. My daughter just about the same age, who looked similar, who knew the girl from classes was working at the same mall just two or three stores down. Had she left before Dru, it is highly likely it would have been her.

    Please Judge, let me do it. There is but one sure cure for sick s o b s like this and that is, well you all know.

    What is so sad is that even his family asked Minnesota authorities not to release him as they knew he was dangerous. Not an illegal, had been in western MN for years.

    I suggest locking him in a room for 1 hour with 20 grown males from her family, each with a baseball bat. Father, grandfather, uncles, cousins. And however he comes out, then justice has been served.

    Bandit, if they can't come up with 20 adult males from the young ladies family, I expect they could find some volunteers right here on GB. The only problem with your plan, the time period is too short. My personal opinion is that it should be spread over at least 24 hours. Of course this would take some restraint on the part of the participants, but it could be done.

    they'd kill him too quick with a bat. I think I would prefer something more personal like my knuckles and a roll of nickels or maybe some spiked brass knuckles. Then you go from the extremities in to the torso then the head and make his insides feel like a old bannana and make him taste his own blood while it flows down his face like sweat on a fatlady on the fouth of July in Phoenix.

    This will require a year's supply of gym socks, but you can reuse the pennies...fill a bunch of socks up with pennies and beat him with them until the socks dissolve in blood or wear out, and then put the pennies in new socks and continue.
