Kel-Tec Sub 2K. 9mm/Glock 17 Mags. Bushnell dot sight, Nebo light. I took it to the indoor range today and got it dead on at 25 yards and
was able to get it under 2" with three different brands of ammo..I figure this will be great for when I am fishing or out in my fields and a yote runs by....

Next step is some trigger work and a different Mount that allows it to be folded. Any suggestions in that area are welcome....Anybody that has one or has shot one, any other add ons or up grade suggests are welcome also !!!! Thanks.

This is my second one....the first one was a G23 Mag .40 S&W. I liked it and it shot well but being left handed the blast peppered me from the port. The 9mm does not do this to the same extent. The Dot sight sets me back further on the stock so it was much more enjoyable to shoot than the .40 for me.

I was able to sell the .40 for what I paid for it......

I can understand that. The Maa11/9 carbine puts a bit of carbine in my face. Makes me hesitant for a direct blowback carbine. Makes me tempted for a Kel Tec bullpup that discharges out the bottom and takes AR magazines.

I was looking at one of those also......a bullpup design and being left handed generally does not work out well....but a bottom eject would certainly take care of that...

This mount alows you to have an optic and still fold the gun: MI Gen2 SUB 2000 T1/T2 Optic Mount

    Here is their website: http://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/product-p/mi-g2sub-t2.htm

There are several reviews of the mount and from what I have read the jury is still out on whether it works or not.

I too use a Sub 2K in 9mm as my truck gun.

I have the same Gen 2 Sub 2k. Check out M-carbo....They sell an aluminum trigger and spring kit. For less than $50 it is a definite improvement over stock.

I looked at the website you listed. Interesting idea. I was also considering a detachable mount if I can find the right one... thanks for the info [:)]

    I have a Sub2K in .40. Shares mags with my Glock 22.

Both reside in a "get home," backpack in whatever vehicle I am in.

31 round mags. Meprolight scope on the Sub2K. Voodoo one point sling.

    A very, very nice package.

Almost as pretty as my Marlin Camp 9.....but she's got a pretty wood stock [;)]

Just kidding. Great looking set-up! I like the compact little red dot....a good fit.
