LEO's: Need some serious advice!

My neighbor lady's occasional boyfriend was arrested in Orlando, Fl for 3rd Degree Felony Grand Theft in March. He pleaded "No contest" on March 20th, and was given ROR bail pending his sentencing on 4/24/14. I have no idea why they would give him ROR on a felony and not simply sentence him when he plead Nolo Contendere.
Anyway, he left Florida (bail violation?) and has been staying with my neighbor for the past month here in Upstate NY. He was due in court yesterday, 4/24, for sentencing but wasn't there. He was still at her house this morning but now he's gone. I don't know if he'll be back or not. She said he's going to Florida for a "job", so I don't know if she's lying or doesn't know about his criminal case. I have a full description of him and his vehicle.
I don't feel comfortable having a convicted felon next door, especially one who committed grand theft and crossed state lines to avoid jail. I don't know if he's on his way to Florida or will be back tonight. This guy is a real dirtbag and has had several drug arrests and domestic violence charges (against my stupid neighbor, but she "loves him").
So, do I:
1. Call the Florida Court?
2. Call Orange County Law Enforcement?
3. Call my local LEO's?
4. Stay "locked and loaded" and mind my own business?
Please hold the wisecracks as I'm really in a quandry as what to do. Thanks.

Do you know his name? Have you checked the court's website to see if he was in fact convicted? You could contact your local police anonymously with his name and approximate age plus conviction information and they will check to see if he is wanted. Sometimes it takes days for bench warrants to be entered NCIC, plus it may or may not be a full extradition. I wouldn't leave it be if it was my neighbor.
Yes, he was convicted and the judge issued a warrant for his arrest this morning. I've been following his case on the Orange County website because I know he's trouble.
If he is still in NY State, would that convert to a Federal offense for crossing state lines to avoid prosecution?

Like I said I'd call and report what you know about him, including vehicle information. This problem won't go away on its own, and he just might B&E your home to get funds together to split town. You might check to see if there a crime tip line on your area, crimeline or what ever they may call it. You could also report it to the area office of the US Marshals, they have a Fugitive Taskforce. Do you have a Federal Court house near by? That's where their office would be located.
Or they come to get him and he runs to your house to hide and they burn it down to get him out or tear it apart looking for him. [:)]

I checked the Dept of Corrections wanted list and the Orange County Sheriff but the warrant hasn't shown up yet. Maybe I should wait until it does so my LEO can confirm it.
They may file a UFAP (Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution) fed warrant but that will likely be dropped when they get him and take him back. Unless the case had some sort of federal jurisdiction.
Have the locals check him or his information. You might be even to call in a tip to a crimestoppers program?

The warrant was issued this morning but I couldn't find anything on the Florida LEO sites yet. How long does it take for them to have the info?
Spider I'm not sure of how it works up there.
Even though Florida usually gets a bad rap around here, we can legally bust some bones in a clean citizens arrest.
Capt. Jack Sparrow.

I am not sure, it could take a couple of days to get to the person who enters it. Maybe have the locals call the issuing agency to expidite the confirmation of the warrant?
