what paper work if any is required if makeing you own gun from a 80 % receiver

    makeing your own from a NON RECIEVER (it is not a reciever untill ater 85 percent or better if not mistaken)
    no paperwork, there is no gun as per atf rules since the reciever is the gun in their eyes
    but never able to sell it, can be willed to family member
