I am waiting on my Utah permit, it has been well over the 60 business days and my payment cleared. I don't know why I got it I am not going to visit 30 some states anyway, but, I guess I thought I'd get it while the gettin's good, now I still ain't got it.[?]

anyone else have a long wait for this Utah permit?
