Quote from WND: "The images posted on the Web site show that the $592 million embassy, expected to be completed in September on prime real estate two-thirds the size of Washington's National Mall, will be a spacious and comfortable facility, albeit dangerous.

Identified as the "Baghdad U.S. Embassy Compound Master Plan," the images show palm-lined paths, green grass gardens and volleyball and basketball courts outside the Marine post, as well as the swimming pool.

"In total, the 104-acre compound will include over twenty buildings, including one classified secure structure and housing for over 380 families," the Web site says.

It says the compound will include the embassy building, housing, a PX, commissary, cinema, retail and shopping areas, restaurants, schools, a fire station, power and water treatment plants as well as telecommunications and wastewater treatment facilities. "

I am sure the terrorists will enjoy this place when we leave it to them. Nothing but the best for them. I cant help but wonder why the need for housing for over 380 families in it??

Was cleaning out the shed of the new place, and came across a huge Fed Ex sign...

Just got off the phone with the Fed Ex office...thought maybe they might come and pick up the sign...

Nope...throw it away is what they said...its a big electic light up sign...no wonder it costs so dang much to ship with them...

We were shopping at a Grocery Store and saw one of the Meat managers pushing a half full grocery cart of steaks, chops and other cuts of meat. I said to him is this going to the mark down meat selection and he said NO I'm throwing it away. I ask him why and he said customers take the meat and then decide they don't want it or can't afford it so they lay it down all over the store. Since they have no idea how long the meat had been laying there they had to throw it away.

Idiots walk among us and we wonder why prices are going up[V][xx(][:(][:(!]

Some of those are probably shoplifters that get spooked and lose the nerve to conceal it. Too much liability today, they don't have a choice but to trash it.

I would guess labiality comes into play better to toss it

I worked at a small local grocery store as a kid . there were always shoplifters ( can not say who overwhelming number were that would be raciest )
but always catching people putting packages of meat down there paints or up there skirt [xx(][xx(][xx(] cigarettes were number 1 item
I do not remember the store ever pressing charges just tossed them out told them do not come back . ya that worked great .
all the recovered items like packaged meat I just tossed in the trash .
remember the Walmart government feeding card issue about a year ago all free then it started reading the cards again and countless carts full of food left and the people ran out leaving the mess ??

Every time I go to the local Walmart I find items that are tossed onto a shelf in a different area. I always wonder what type person does that ? Whoever they are we don't need them using up oxygen.

At our local Walmart, I have seen them pick up meat off of a shelf some place and put it back in the meat cooler. [xx(]
