6 years then Deported for killing two people.

On March 7th, an Oregon State Police trooper attempted to stop Herrera-Gutierrez on Beltline. Herrera-Gutierrez sped away, traveled to West 11th Avenue in Eugene and headed west.

A short time later he plowed into a pick up truck at West 11th and Bertelsen at a high rate of speed.

Toni Lynn Bryson and Richard Taylor were thrown from the truck and died.

    So will he do 6 years in the hole or be in gen. pop. and get all kinds of burritos from pedofiles? Then again I reckon he'll be out before 18 and be in Mexico then come back with new ID a week after that.

    With Oregons prison over crowding I would think he has already been deported. And be right back next week.

    I've never understood the concept that "the punishment must fit the crime". Stories like this put paid to the concept.

    i assume the deportation means he is an illegal...if so i am dammm sick of the lenient justice system towards these bums...should get more time and harder sentence after committing the crime of illegal entry, stealing taxpayer dollars, and multitude of other in your face AMERICA crap...
