    I agree. Just because it was owned by a celebrity doesn't grant it any historical value. I can see a bit of a premium but not much.

    My wife has a signed Christmas card and letter that was sent to her mom back in the 40's from Red Skelton. [:)]

    I always liked him and to own one of his rifle's would be a joy but for what they are asking is a bit high IMO.

    Red's clown paintings are worth a small fortune today!

    I know just about any car or motorcycle once owned by Steve McQueen has gone through the roof price wise!

    yeah have two myself, you can work the action by just opening and closing your hand, with your fingers, never have to take the palm off the stock. grandkids put more lead through them than anyone.....
