Revolver - Semi Auto
For me I still favor the revolver even for conceal carry most of the time. I guess mainly it was what I started with many years ago and i'm slow to change

Ed Zachary. Why limit yourself?
Bullseye: Auto
PPC: Revolver

Too old to live...too young to die...
I do reserve the right to carry a pistol. I have many and prefer a 1911.
Auto-loader for most other things.

I also take a Sigma 40 cal all the time in the truck. All with HydraShocks.

A revolver for Russian roulette.
Auto-loader for most other things.
The auto-loader is Socialist roulette.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

I've heard it called Polish Roulette, but that is currently viewed as insensitive.

It is? I guess I didn't get that memo.[:p]
same as a pump instead of auto in shotguns
because that was what I got used to when I was younger
that was all we could afford when younger
never have bought an auto always thought they were too expensive
Even the best semis can jamb up and you need to be proficient in a immediate action drill to recover.
In my years I've only seen one revolver jam and it was a Charter Arms.
Practice is key IMO, drawing from concealment and having practiced enough to drop the mechanical safety factor in also.
