would like to get a serbu on a rem. 870 frame. I see the required 'NFA','AOW' rules apply but not clear on what it is/means,compared to transfers I've done of non-AOW through my FFL holder. What more is invloved ? Is there a waiting period ? or just an additional form my FFL does ? What ? Thanks.

You will have to go though a SOT dealer if you buy an AOW. No dealer is needed if you build one. The waiting time is measured in MONTHS.

Actually just talked to my company yesterday. Turns out the boat isn't wheelchair accesible, so not quite yet.
