New toy! .17 mach 2

Well, I succumbed to the sub-calibers today. Picked up a Marlin 917M2 for $199. What a fun little toy! Those little buggers zing for a tiny cartridge. They actually penetrate better than .22 LR as well. I put a 3-9x32mm airgun scope on it and it seems to be a pretty decent combo for under $250 out the door. Only thing is ammo's kinda pricy-$69.99/brick. I guess I'll still be using my .22's!
