Best way for me. Microwave. Boneless 7 minutes About 9 with skin and bones. Just put on some Stubbs BBQ Sauce and thats it.

But never ever try it with Breasts they come out so dry you cannot eat them.

Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Arrange on cookie sheet, sprinkle with Soy Sauce.

    Bake ~

    Bone in - 60 mins @ 400 degrees.

    Boneless - 45 mins. @ 400 degrees.

Remove to plate and let rest 10 - 15 mins.

Use a grill, cook skin on top, salt, pepper to taste, keeping the heat indirect for 45-60 minutes

Boil them in a pan until the meat falls off the bones. Remove bones and skin from the water. Add a bit of salt, pepper, and egg noodles and have a big pot of chicken noodle soup.

Season 'em with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Put on foil lined baking sheet, put in the oven at 250 for a long time...

Similar to like gesshots said, but load them up real good with a BBQ sauce a couple of times after they have been cooked awhile.
    What's next?

[:)] Good idea, and if you want some great noodles, roll some dough out flat until about 1/8" thick, and then cut into 1&1/2" x 3" strips. And, don't forget to shake in some Tobasco sauce and stir once done!

Our favorite is to oven bake them, after smearing with Italian salad dressing, and include a trimmed head of garlic in the dish. Serve with sourdough bread, to spread the cooked garlic cloves on.

For some reason, this recipe sounds kinky. [:I][:p]

Thaw out chicken, feed to cat or dog. Go to KFC and get an assorted bucket, family sized taters & gravy and a dozen biscuits [:D]

De-bone them. Then spice them with garlic, paprika, s&p.
Then stuff each one into a buttered cupcake pan, one per hole.
    Bake
Turn them out upside down over buttered noodles.

Soak in a brine solution to thaw. Then leave them in the solution for about 12-24hrs.

Cover with lemon pepper and grill:)

Grind them up into fine particles and dry them in the sun. Mix them in some cattle feed and feed the mixture to a cow.
    Then, eat the cow.

MrsFun roasted a big batch last night with vidalia onions, garlic and some small red potatoes marinated in some Italian dressing. The leftovers got turned into a pot pie which is just about gone.

    that was my first thought.
once the meat is off the bone add baby carrots, celery, and a little onion and simmer another hour.
cilantro is nice to add in the last 15 minutes.
grated parmesan at the table finishes it off!

Mine's similar. I throw on the bottom of the Corning Ware big cloves of garlic. Place the chicken on top after spicing and put two layers of plastic wrap. Then throw the chicken skin side up in to the toaster oven to chrisp up the skin.

Now the garlic is great. It basically confit in the chicken fat and that is CRACK. Get a crust of bread and smear garlic chicken fat. A bit of fresh cracked black pepper and salt. Done.

You bet, with a whole chicken boiled down with the noodle type dumplings I mentioned in my last post like my mother use to make! It's amazing how many of them you can get in a bowl, too! [:)]

Debone them from the inside of the thigh leaving the skin intact.
Open the thigh and fill with wild rice.
Lay skin side up on a pan, season and bake until skin is brown.
Thighs are easy to debone you will find.

I must be the only one who uses a steamer.
No seasoning, sauses or nothin'. Just peel the skin and steam for 30 minutes. Debone, chill and cube it for a salad.

Ya don't know what chicken really tastes like till you've steamed one.[:p]
