Kudos To Brownells

I usually buy from Cheaper Than Dirt, but Brownells had the Glock 19 grip gap plug so I ordered from them for the first time.

I failed to order the plug for the Gen 4 G19. 100% my fault. I couldn't see spending another $5.95 to ship a $6.25 item, so I tried to grind it to fit - mangled it.

Brownell's offered to cover my shipping for the right plug.

Good customer service!

    We hear so much about poor service and quality, we really DO need more of these. Spread the GOOD words as much as the bad and just maybe more vendors will recognize that word of mouth advertising does affect their bottom line. [:D]

    Something most don't know about Brownells is that they keep close watch on the QC of their parts suppliers. X number of customer complaints and the manufacturer is placed on a watch list. X number of additional comlaints and they discontinue the product. No if's and's or but's.
    Brownells has the best name in the business and they intend to keep it that way. The only way to do that is through proper customer and product support.
