Anyone else notice

GB has been crappy to load a page lately, other sites pop right up while GB is loading. Are they gonna have to do a purge or find a new host that can handle their heavy traffic??

GunBroker is just fine. You probably have a virus or picked up spyware / malware somwhere. If other sites are popping up you almost certainly are infected. GunBroker does not use popups, pop-unders, etc anywhere on any of its properties.

I've been getting alot of Virus blocking going on while on GB. Someone on here is infected.

At least GB is still functional.

A couple of other firearms related discussion forums have been having trouble for six days or so. They thought everything was back to normal yesterday, but now they're gone again.

Its been working fine for me, maybe this is the perfect time to get everyone to switch to linux?

My virus protection is some of the VERY best, if not the best. No pop-ups here or any in my sector (Gov computers) the only site loading slow is GB all others load FAST. Something going on though.

I asked that question last week, everyone said it was slow, so I pointed it out to admin, and had my head taken off, along with the thread poofed.....or 85% of it at least...

I asked if the DISCUSSION FORUM was slow, not the auction site...Thank goodness for crazy glue....my head is glued back on just fine....

It was slow for me last week, but it is OK now. The only pop up I get is from Norton Antivirus telling me it is running fine! Very irritating--I want to know when it is NOT running fine.

Yep, I had a couple of days last week that it just would not load at all here on GB. The other sites I went to loaded just fine.

Same here. I got booted a few times, too![:(] All seems good since Monday, though.
