fun with drunks

We were watching movies the other night at my buddies' place, and 3 drunks walked in the door, looking for a party that they were told was there. Now, given that there was no party outside, no cups/cans/kegs anywhere, and no alcohol in the house, a normal person would know there was no party. After telling them several times that there was no party, please go outside, they finally got the idea.

Now, this was at 3:15 in the morning, and if it weren't for long movies, I'd have been in bed hours ago. My question is: Who goes to a party at 3:15?!? I wanted to go back to bed, and here they stroll in looking for a good time.

Am I just getting really old and out-of-touch, or does everyone else think that there's better things to be done at that time--like sleep?

O Lord,
grant me the Serenity
to accept the things
I cannot change
the courage to change the things I can,
and the supreme firepower to make the difference.

I guess someone left the doors unlocked. Don't know why.
