    As a presidential buff, My three all time favorite presidents were Grover Cleveland, Richard Milhouse Nixon and Ronald Reagan. I guess I would put Ronnie at the top.

    A lot of people (perhaps most) consider Nixon the personification of evil because of Watergate. But when you consider some of the scumbags and turncoats who have occupied the Whitehouse since then, Tricky Dick was a mere amateur.

    Nixon did a lot that libtards should love. But since he was a Republican they won't admit that, because Republicans are hated and must be excoriated at any opportunity. The Watergate thing was the gift to get Nixon. What most all presidents did would outrage somebody if they knew. Nixon was not a bad president, and compared to the present one, he is a Saint. He did a lot more good than harm, unlike what we are going thru now.

    My great-grandmother was Grover Cleveland's cousin and I recall stories from my grandmother that the relationship was very hush-hush after the Panic of '93, so at the time Cleveland wasn't thought well-of by his constituents. As for Nixon- he had two primary faults, he had "gotten-away" with small stuff as a congressman so it escalated to larger stuff as president; and he seems to have been somewhat Bi-Polar; and you hoped he was having a good day.
