I like the Sig 938 real well, and if you want to get by with a few dollars try PSA's site with a Taurus 709 slim 9 for just over 2 bills.
It's a little larger than a LC-9, but I find it fits my hands better.
It's well made and very accurate.
I have large hands, so recently bought an XDS-9.

my wife has the XDS9, I got the XDS45. His/hers romance & whatnot.
I got mine from this guy, it can be had for $215, and it's only $10 for shipping!

I've shot the XDS in 9mm and like it very much
Keltec P11...best "Bang" for your buck!
If you can find one the Kel-Tec P-40 is even more bang for your buck! There's also some P-40 conversion kits for the P-11 that's sitll around.
I found a P-40 that's like new from a pawn shop out in Texas a couple years back that I bought. To bad that the sissy shooters caused Kel-Tec to discontinue the P-40.

NICE little pistol!
Very interesting Gary.... I had never even heard of one...
How does your SCCY run????
I put various manufactures of 9's through it for target practice, and the only one that gave me trouble, was American Eagle, had about 4 jams in a box of 50, all other manufacturers ran 100%, and the Personal defense rounds ran 100% also, I carry Federal Hydra Shoks in mine.
It's a light DA only pistol, and I use a Desantis mini scabbard holster, stays tight to my body, and easy to conceal.
What was wrong with the LCP you had?
If I desire to carry a pistol smaller than the normal full size, I pull out my Star BM. It carries well under a sport coat or on the belt.
Or Kahr.
Walther PPS. To add, only .9 in. wide. Handles every brand of ammo thrown in it, from Tula to Hornady.
G43 maybe. Just heard about those.
After shooting a LC9 I no longer want one of those.
I use to carry a Sig 290 9mm, I'm going to sell that, a little too heavy, and only holds 6 in the mag, I now carry a SCCY CPX-1 9mm, and holds 10 in the mag, and is about 5 oz lighter than the Sig 290.

I have sccy cpx1 also. Was kinda leary about it with the price. Figured it would be like the lorcens and other low cost guns. Man was i wrong. Love that little gun, have over 8000 rounds through it. Half were steal cased and its still going. Main reason i bought it was to use up a bunch of steal cased i had and didn't want to run them through the glock.

If you want slim, then go with the PF9 by Keltec. The P11 is double stack. [;)]
