    Top punches for a lubri/sizer.
    Used when lubricating/sizing specific cast bullets.

    They're top punches, as advertised.
    They're for home cast bullets, to push them through a sizer/lube die, before loading, made to fit the cone and/or ogive of the cast bullet, so as to not deform it.

    The Lyman 450 is a typical sizer/lube press.
