For you 30.06 vs .308 dudes. A 30.06 with a 150 gr.BT using H380 @ 60 Gr. has a 2879 muzzle vol. If zeroed at 200 yards it has a drop of 44.1 inch at 500 yards. Then it also has a drop of 8+feet at 1000 yards.



A .308 same bullet only the case will only hold 48.5 Gr the powder.
zeroed @ 200 Yds. it has a drop of 47.8 inches @ 500 yards. So it will have a drop of 11+ feet at 1000 yards.
These are facts from the speer reloading manuel # 11. Learn to read your manuel and then argue.
