I am going to buy a barrell and reciever from gunbroker.com ilive in NC can it come to my house?

The receiver is what makes it a firearm. So if it was made after 1898 you have to go through a FFL.

No. It must go through an FFL. There is a listing on this site.

Depends on what kind of receiver it is.

IF it is the SERIAL numbered part then yes it needs to go though an FFL.

For example a AR-15 has the serial number on the lower receiver yet the FAL has the serial number on the upper receiver.
